stress, relationship issues, or who have concerns about their health. I provide a calm, safe, supportive, and judgement free space for you to express your thoughts, your feelings, yourself.
I will help you to improve relationships or heal from breakups, learn effective ways of communicating, develop healthier boundaries, and
better cope with stress, anger, and sadness. I will listen to you, without judgement. But I don’t just sit back and listen. I provide valuable feedback and dialogue to help you solve
problems and develop solutions. I believe you are the expert on you and we will to work together as a team to improve your life and achieve your goals.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and depression. I have experience helping people make positive changes to improve their
health. These changes can include maintaining a healthy diet and weight, finding ways to exercise and move more, decreasing pain, improving sleep, and making healthier choices for yourself. I
can also assist you in following treatment recommendations from your medical provider.
I consider therapy an art. I have an eclectic therapeutic approach which combines strength-based theories of solution-focused
therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and family systems to name a few. I have many concrete skills and techniques to share with you to help you to achieve your goals. I am
